In a world where customer service has become so rare, a visit to Trading Enterprise in Rashidya turned to be an eye opener.
The very first call was greeted by courteous staff who helped me fix an appointment at short notice, they also called me back to squeeze me in even earlier for a cancelled appointment.
Sms to remind me a day before and on the day of appointment, service advisor who not helped noted my requirements but also advised me on safety features.
All this in a day's work, amazing team. makes you believe in what they say....we care and it shows :)
