International City, Dubai - A Bargain with such low rents

In 5 years of living in International City, have seen the place grow with likes of spinneys, al madina, plug inns opening shops to serve this little community better.

From the place that earned its reputation due to Dragon Mart & its notorious sewage plant to now being a clean place after the plant was moved to Jebel Ali, ICity has lately become popular for it's low rent and easy access to city and jebel ali.

Bus services have improved greatly, taxis are available in plenty and with opening of carrefour, mashreq bank, dubai islamic bank, restaurants, clinics, laundries, pharmacies etc, one hardly has to venture out to the city for shopping.

Easy access to Emirates Road and Dubai bypass road, driving to Sharjah, Ajman or Jebel Ali now takes so much less time than being in town.

No traffic jams, no high rents, no smell from the sewage plant, close to Global village, Business Bay, Dubai Airport and Festival City, it real is a secret treasure yet to be explored.

I have enjoyed my stay here and as it has so much more room, am sharing my secret with others who would be able to make it their home.
