Etisalat being one of the oldest institutions has yet a lot of miles to cover before it can pride itself in being the best of the best. Usually a competitor brings correction in service pushing companies to deliver more but in case of Etisalat this still seems to be a milestone yet to be achieved.
Coming back to Etisalat after long 5 years was not by choice but by force as my new place is not yet covered by DU, I applied for elife, was shocked by getting connection the next day even after being told that it will take 5-7 working days. I said to myself, times have changed and was not aware then that my happiness will be short lived for it's 10 days since I got hooked to elife, yet cable tv is not working, calls to 101 were responded by 2 technicians visiting, noting serial nos, promising service to be restored in 24 hours, still almost half month lost, money wasted and no results.
When...When will you be No. 1 Etisalat? will that ever happen?
