A True well wisher

A 15 year boy living a luxury lifestyle directs his energy for creating wells in Afghanistan once he learns each well built at a cost of 2000 $ can provide clean drinking water to 1000 people. This shakes him up and he starts with contributing his Eid gifts as a start for this noble cause and follows this up approaching his family, friends, neighbors and corporate companies around him convincing them to be a part of this noble movement.

If he at 15, can do this, how many of us think of doing at least one good thing around us, do we? Pick any newspaper, watch any news channel, what do we see? problems related to land, religions, politics, oil and thousands of unthinkable excuses. We look around us, people losing jobs, crime on rise, countries on war path, midst all this, his story is a real eye opener. If each one of us just do as he does, one good deed, millions of people will benefit and world would be surely a better place than it is now.

How about not just feeding the hungry but put together some ideas on how to get more and more people employed. As jobs happen, people will get busy, food and clean water will be more affordable. There is no magical solution and it sure is not as easy as I write. It requires a lot of deep thinking but as mankind, we have been gifted the power to think. Let us all use this power and start changing things around us. Shall we?

Why to Outsource?

Why to Outsource is a question which sounds confusing until the benefits are explored.
Why should one outsource and what to outsource?

Every business whether a start up or established needs to keep an eye on costs at every stage of growth, lower costs = higher profits. But does this mean also low quality of service ?

No, not if you chose a right partner with whom you outsource your important and not so important services. No matter how big your team looks like, there comes always a time when you feel understaffed or need more help just for the moment but once you hire, it's not easy to let your staff go for different reasons, be it legal or emotional or due to their special skills.

This is where Outsourcing helps, new teams can be built at short notice, new members hired just for the job, project or a short leave replacement.

Benefits:
Pay just for the work done
No time loss monitoring quality of work and completion.
Outsource team knows, they won't get paid if job not done well, or not completed in time
So the pressure keeps them on toes
Also they know that to get repeat Business they need to deliver their best.

Does these sound reasons enough to explore?

see how OAccounts has been helping companies all over UAE cut their costs, extend or build new teams in hours not months and see how they smartly pay only for work done.

Who Can Track Your Web-Surfing History

Whenever we visit a site, most sites will insert or update a small bit of code on your computer which is also called a cookie. A cookie allows a site to track your visits as well as monitor where else you might be surfing. Marketer's buy, collect and process this data such as location, brand preferences, purchase activity and other behavioral data. Each time you visit a site, additional data is added to above data types and marketers can grab that information for their own use. Experts advice to surf in privacy mode. In Firefox, look for "Start Private Browsing" under the Tools menu. In Internet Explorer, click the Safety link, then select InPrivate Browsing. In Safari, look for private browsing under main menu. It is safe if you log in your bank and email accounts every time you need to and avoid clicking "remember username and passwords".Some sites will not allow you to enter unless you allow cookies to be saved on your computer. If this happens, use "clear cookies" after you have finished visiting sites. This is found in most browsers. Internet Explorer and Firefox have recently added so-called do-not-track features designed to limit the information marketers can collect about you as your surf the web. As there is no law to stop them, these few precautions can protect some data from these marketers.

Clearing cookies and using privacy modes may keep the marketers away but your service provider may still maintain detail logs of your surfing which helps in crime fighting. leaving comments anonymously can also be tracked by your logging IP. Some websites also log IP addresses of visitors. So no matter how safe you try to be, there is still someone who is watching you. Happy Surfing :)

Is it really so hard to decide?

Read in local media about Sri lankan Captain saying no to playing cricket in Pakistan.

This immediately sent line of thoughts running of the consequences this can bring to the country involved. What could result in such a statement being in International Press.....

 1. No Tourisim
 2. No Sports
 3. No Foreign Investment
 4. No Medical Tourisim
 5. No Foreign Students coming in
 6. Industries shut down as even locals move to safer places
 7. Un-employment on rise, shifting soon to Crime, hatred, civil war
 8. Foreign Aid stops flowing in
 9. Relations with the world start getting cut off
10. Country starts being looked as Terrorisim Factory
11. Local Investment starts leaving country for settlement abroad

All this means millions of dollars of revenue lost to the Gun. Is this good or bad, this is the question which can only be answered by the country who choses Terrorisim against economy, against going forward, against progress, against making it's people self reliant, against stopping brain drain to other countries.

Is this really a difficult decision? Does it really need a genius to figure out which side should one take? Terrorism or Progress. A food for thought...

Service really commendable

Arranging an event is not as easy as it sounds but if you have a good supporting team, nothing seems hard any more. Had a B'day party for our boss in Metropolitan Hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai on May 23, team members were all tensed as usual, list of things yet to be completed, last minute decorations pending even after early start, pressure piling up and then suddenly help poured in...the supervisor stepped in with his team offering help even with stuff that was not included in the service package from the Hotel.

Hesitatingly we accepted his kind help offer and in less than an hour, were amazed to see everything under control, target achieved and we were ready with smiles to welcome everyone.

All evening, this gentleman stood with us with his loyal team ready to do anything at just a wink making sure there was no room for error. Seeing this, not only were we impressed by the Hotel management's abilities in chosing such excellent staff but also the team's unconditional support in delivering a lot more than what was supposed to be. Hats of to the entire team assigned by Anita and specially to the team leader who deserves a pat, sorry can't recall his name. Metropolitan again will be our next event venue...Thank you.
